東京に生まれ、高校入学と同時にDJを始める。
都内各地の大箱や六本木、福生、横浜などのインターナショナルなクラブでキャリアを重ねる。
現在は全国多数のイベントにゲスト出演し、ファッションショー、ラジオパーソナリティー等様々な活動の幅を広げ、自身のレーベルS-Cut Recordsの代表、そしてCrunk Entertainmentの看板DJとして活躍中。
常にフロアを意識した選曲で日本人はもちろん外国人からも熱い支持を得ている。
BET 106&Parkでお馴染みDJ Relly RellとのMixTape”Foreign Exchange”が話題となりFunkmaster Flexがシャウトを送るなど活躍を海外まで届かせている。

最新のHip Hop,R&Bを収録したマンスリーMixCD”Ride”はVol.100を超え毎月リリース中。
ハイクオリティーかつGroove感あるMixは幅広いリスナーから支持され続けている。

DJ Yuma was born and raised in Tokyo. Starting his DJ career at the young age of 15,
DJ Yuma has continued to purse his profession across Japan and all throughout Tokyo for 20 years at various International clubs in locations including the well know cities of Roppongi, Yokohama and Fussa. DJ Yuma’s capabilities don’t just stop at clubs.
He has spun at fashion shows, famous club events and on the radio. Aside from DJ’ing, Yuma is the founder and owner of S-Cut records.
With a constant high demand from club events, and even his record company.
DJ Yuma is proven to have expertise in reading the crowd and proving them with music they can fell and enjoy.
DJ Yuma has been able to take his passion and career outside of Japan and built bridge through music and collaboration. He created the mixtape ‘Foreign Exchange’ with famous New York DJ, DJ Really Rell for BET’s 106&Park with the support of Funkmaster Flex.
DJ Yuma has actively produced and released mixed Hip Hop and R&B CD’s monthly since 2006 thus releasing a collection of over 100 CD’s.
Each volume lived up to listeners expectations hence becoming the most esteemed mixed CD in Japan, selling in record shops and select shops across the country.
